Our lovely Lea's work on beautiful bride Nikki and bridesmaid
Bridal season has started again and here are the 1st pics of the season. Our talented Lea Hoare has over 20 years experience which shows when you see pictures of Nikki and her bridesmaid looking utterly gorgeous!
Nikki wanted to look natural with a glowing skin but enhancing her already beautiful features. Lea gave Nikki's hair a soft and effortless looking messy side bun adding twists and braids for a little touch of detail, then a simple silk flower added to finish the style off.

How to do a coloured smoking hot eye
Most people think of a smokey eye as blacks and charcoals so I thought it might be nice for you lot to have a go at a smokey eye that is made of pinks, purples, blues and even coppers.

*The plight of the Riley family came to our attention when Kylie bought a wedding dress from us. This was to renew her vows with Brett, her husband of four years who (in January this year) received a diagnosis of cancer of the esophagus. His prognosis is very grim as this is an aggressive cancer. Our dealings with Kylie revealed a wife who was very determined not to remain idle in the search for answers and possible alternative treatment options for Brett. This comes at a cost.
The illness has taken it's toll, not just on Bretts health but also on his immediate family as naturally he had to quit his job & begin a course of chemo. We do care about our customers & my staff have shed more than a few tears during their dealings with Kylie and Brett. We decided on this show as a way of showing our Aroha for them, raising awareness of the trials many families face when cancer makes an appearance & also as a visible means to thank all the brides we have had the pleasure to deal with over the years.
ENTRY IS FREE & we will take a cash collection on the night to pass on to the Rileys in addition to an auction.
